CyberNow Labs to Train 10,000 Maryland IT Professionals in Cybersecurity, Cost-Free

In partnership with the Maryland Department of Commerce, the Cybersecurity Association, the Technology Advancement Center, the Maryland Tech Council, the National Cryptologic Foundation, and many more — CyberNow Labs launches #CyberTalentNow, a first-of-its-kind cybersecurity training sprint for Maryland cyber workforce development.

During CyberSecurity Awareness Month, the first 10,000 qualifying Maryland IT Professionals can enroll for cost-free training into one of CyberNow Labs’ live online CompTIA Security+ certification preparation programs, an 8-week course starting the first Monday of each month beginning in November. Live instructor-led sessions will be conducted Monday – Thursday evenings from 7:00 – 9:30 PM EDT. Virtual and in-person networking events will be organized throughout the program to facilitate professional networking opportunities.
