Emerging Company of the Year (Revenue under $25,000,000) recognizes a company with a clear strategic direction that sets it apart in its market. C-Suite of the Year honors an executive who played a pivotal role in advancing their company’s success and demonstrating exceptional leadership within their industry or area of operations. Pava LaPere Young Innovator Award
The Pava LaPere Young Innovator Award was established in 2023 in honor of the late Founder and CEO of EcoMap Technologies. This annual award will be given each year to acknowledge and celebrate the contributions of the 30 years and under innovators who have demonstrated exceptional talent, leadership, and commitment to Maryland’s community.
The Pava LaPere Young Innovator Award highlights three essential areas—innovation and impact, future potential and vision, and community engagement and service—each reflecting core aspects of transformative leadership.
