Chief Executive Officer of the Year honors a leader who excels in communication, drives company growth and profitability, and takes calculated risks that lead to success. Pava LaPere Young Innovator Award
The Pava LaPere Young Innovator Award was established in 2023 in honor of the late Founder and CEO of EcoMap Technologies. This annual award will be given each year to acknowledge and celebrate the contributions of the 30 years and under innovators who have demonstrated exceptional talent, leadership, and commitment to Maryland’s community.
The Pava LaPere Young Innovator Award highlights three essential areas—innovation and impact, future potential and vision, and community engagement and service—each reflecting core aspects of transformative leadership.
Investor of the Year
Maryland Tech Council will recognize a growth equity or venture capital firm headquartered, operating, and/or investing in the Maryland area that has demonstrated success in accomplishing growth-oriented transactions that closed (along with all such transactions that signed) in 2025.
