NIST has released a new Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR) funding opportunity funded through the American Rescue Plan. Awards will support the purposes of the American Rescue Plan for “research, development, and testbeds to prevent, prepare for, and respond to coronavirus.” The fast-track competition requires both Phase I and Phase II applications to be submitted together.
