Denis O’Donovan is the founder and leader of ProfitComm. With over 20 years of experience in telecommunications and IT, Denis has a proven track record of helping businesses streamline their operations, optimize services, and improve bottom-line results. As a trusted consultant to companies across industries, Denis helps shape telecom strategy, identifies inefficiencies, and delivers unparalleled savings.

Before heading ProfitComm Telecommunications, he founded Conference Management Solutions, an audio, web, and video conferencing business. He also has extensive experience as an account executive working for major carriers, including MCI and Qwest. In 2019, Denis was selected for and completed the Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Business Program. And this year he published his first book, The RFP Alternative.
