The DCAP program is a Maryland Commerce program, administered by MD MEP and funded by the Office of Local Defense Community Cooperation (OLDCC), to support small and medium sized defense businesses in Maryland with meeting federal requirements for cybersecurity standards in order to prevent loss of contracts and related jobs due to non-compliance.
