Driving Results through Crisis and Uncertainty: From Operation Warp Speed to the World

April 9 @ 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm

$20

Join the next Project Management Night Out seminar as Col. Matt Clark will cover leader and followership principles and competencies that led to success via the Operation Warp Speed public-private and Global COVID Response partnerships between government, non-governmental organizations, and industry. He will articulate the actions that created the conditions for success and the essential role of Program Managers in its success. The principles show how to successfully drive change in a period of crisis and uncertainty. We present how action, trust, and iterative and incremental activity through problem solving, seeing yourself, and accountability drive change successfully in complex groups and environments.

Heavy hors d’oeuvres will be served.
