Design Thinking for Entrepreneurs
June 7, 2023 @ 6:30 pm - June 28, 2023 @ 8:30 pm
$12.50 – $50Don’t just speculate. Design it.
This four-part seminar, held Wednesday evenings from June 7- June 28, will give you the tools you need to cut through ambiguity and move forward with confidence. Vance MacEwen, co-founder of Greatest Possible Good, delivers interactive workshops taking you through the design thinking process.
You’re not just taking another class; thanks to a generous Howard County grant, you get open access to your instructors’ calendars while taking courses at the MIC. Apply what you learn in real-time.
- Learn what design thinking is and how you can use it to build what your customers actually want, not just what you think they want
- Practice customer interviews, collaborative research synthesis, rapid prototyping, and user testing in a fun, low-stakes way before carrying it out for your own venture
- Check in with your instructor with free one-on-ones as you apply your new tools
When you are done with the program, you will have a powerful new toolkit setting you apart from your competition and giving you a greater measure of certainty.
Please note it is highly encouraged to attend all four sessions, as they go through the design thinking process in a sequence.
