AI Roundtable: Discussion with 2 Entrepreneurs
March 21, 2022 @ 4:00 pm - 5:00 pm
Our next TEDCO AI Roundtable session will be Monday, March 21 starting at 4 pm, a discussion with two Maryland entrepreneurs who recently joined the group. If you’d like to participate in this session, please contact organizer Seth Grimes at grimes@altaplana.com.
Our two featured roundtable members are:
– Kristine Gloria, who is co-founder and tech lead of Slow Talk (https://www.slowtalk.us/), an employee engagement platform that combines the AI techniques (e.g. sentiment, audio ML) with human facilitators to help organizations listen and learn from their talent. Kristine was formerly the Director of AI at the Aspen Institute.
– Jeremy Lawson, who runs Salynt (salynt.io), which provides a space for data scientists and software engineers to collaborate to create rapid analytics. Salynt’s low code data science platform allows users to provide businesses value by saving time and money on model creation and deployment.
The plan is to talk about each initiative — tech, product, market, positioning, successes and challenges — whatever Kristine and Jeremy want to discuss — for group feedback and discussion. This will be a conversation, a sort-of mutual support session. It is sponsored by TEDCO, the Maryland Technology Development Corporation.
