The William H. Webster Distinguished Service Award is given to an individual who has embodied the values of our esteemed friend, mentor and leader – Judge William H. Webster. The 2018 honoree is Admiral William H. McRaven, former US Special Operations Commander, former Joint Special Operations Commander and former Chancellor of The University of Texas System. This year’s event will also include a Salute to Special Operations Forces and the inaugural recipient of the Innovation Award, L3 Warriors Sensor Systems.
