Terms of Services
The Maryland Tech Council actively promotes events that are sponsored by our members. It is in building these relationships that we help our members share knowledge and increase their reach in the community.
Submit your event through this member only portal and start receiving increased visibility through all of the MTC communication vehicles. These may include
- Free listing in MTC’s member directory with direct link to member
- Free event postings on MTC’s website
- Free news postings on MTC’s website
- Presence on the MTC member map and showcased at various events throughout the year
If you would like to submit your event on the MTC website, please complete the form by click here. All submissions are reviewed by the MTC.
Submission Guidelines:
- Event must be held by, hosted or sponsored by MTC Member Company
- Be written in US English
Your event may not:
- Be a review of any sort
- Contain anything that is related to gambling or to irrelevant or illegal or explicit subject matter
- Contain any information that is trademarked or copyrighted without proper attribution and written permission from the author
Permission to Publish
- By submitting your event, you grant the MTC permission to use the information and full name. You also agree to allow us to edit your submission for readability and appropriate content
Content Submission Policies
- All entries are subject to review and may take up to 10 days before a response to a submission is given
- A submission does not guarantee your content will be published. The MTC reserves the right to review and approve or reject any submission. In addition, the MTC reserves the right to edit submissions for content and or length for consistency and quality control purposes
